Refund policy

We offer Prepaid and Partial COD modes of payment. For partial COD, Rs.92 is to be paid upfront and the remaining on parcel receipt. This is to reduce fraudulent orders and environmental damage of shipping such orders for hundreds of kilometers.

For partial COD orders, if the customer refuses to accept the parcel or repeatedly refuses to pick up call from delivery person leading to a returned parcel, the partial payment will be deducted towards courier charges. Such orders are shipped back to us through long distances leading to high shipping charges and environmental damage. A maximum of 3 attempts will be made, and our customer care will follow up closely to try deliver the parcel.

We ship within 48 hours of receiving the order. It takes about 7-8 days for the parcel to reach your doorstep. We do not offer express delivery.

If the product does not fit you, please send us an exchange request by email at admin@lokait.com or Whatsapp/call at +91-6363383857 no later than 5 days of receipt of the product. We will initiate shipping of a fresh pair with the new size and arrange for a pick up at your location for the original parcel. Shoes sent back without the shoe box are not accepted since they get crushed during transit. Size exchange can be done once. Design changes cannot be done after an order is placed.

Any refund for any reason will have a deduction of Rs.250 per pair towards back and forth shipping charges. The remaining amount will be refunded as soon as the parcel is received at our end. The return request must be raised through Whatsapp or email, no later than 5 days of receipt of the product. Shoes that are worn, damaged, stained, washed or without the shoe box, or a return request raised after 5 days of receipt of product are not accepted for refund.
